Lemex Products was formed in 1958, and has 50 years experience in the pharmaceutical arena. During this time Lemex has built a reputation for quality and excellence which carries over into both established and newly developed products. The range includes several health and body care lines, and of course, the pharmaceutical lines.
In 2005 the company came under dynamic new management and since then has been adding to its impressive product portfolio, whilst simultaneously redesigning the Lemex brand and existing packaging. Marketing efforts are focused on ensuring that Lemex Products remains a household name recognised for the high standards always associated with the brand.
Continued research into new markets and active product development will further enable Lemex to become a leader in its field, both in Zimbabwe and regionally. Our products are formulated by a fully qualified chemist, who also supervises the manufacturing process to ensure excellence and quality at all times. Pharmaceutical products are contract manufactured by licensed local companies, whilst the majority of our other lines are manufactured and packaged by the dedicated staff at our Harare premises.
In 2 years our staff has increased tenfold and our distribution in Zimbabwe has expanded to include all major retailers, including Spar Zimbabwe. Lemex Product’s market share has increased dramatically over the past year and continues to grow, aided by more distributors, larger orders and an ever- increasing range of products.
